Ion Etching System (Independent Tem perature Control)
Crystals frequency are adjusted by Ion Beam Etching.
48 Position pallet in which 8 pieces of crystals are etched simultaneously*, temperature range set between room temp. to 120 O C +/ 0.2 O C.
All crystals are under temperature control independently, to achieve good
temperature uniformity and accuracy.
*Depends on pallet type, no. of unit may be varied.
