Kolinker: Leading the Industry with Advanced Quartz Crystal Testing Instruments and Production Equipment

Chairman and CEO Ir. Arthur Lee established the parent company, Kolinker Industrial Equipments, Ltd., in 1983, focusing strategically on the design and production of quartz crystal equipment. The motto of the company is to act as a CORE of various up-to-date high technologies and to LINK these technologies to specific fields of industry: the CORE-LINKER, KOLINKER. Driven by continuous R&D investment, Kolinker has developed a series of high-quality equipment, earning global recognition and numerous awards at the Hong Kong Awards for Industries. One of our most important technical publications, “Direct Impedance Method for Load Resonant Measurement of Crystal,” was presented at a renowned conference in the USA in 1999 and has been recognized as the de facto standard in the quartz crystal industry ever since its publication.

In 2020, a new wholly owned company, Kolinker Precision Technology Limited (KPL), was established to handle the business of Kolinker Industrial Equipments Limited (KIE). This new company name aligns with our updated strategic focus on advanced equipment for frequency products and automation development.
