The KH5305 Pallet Type In-process Clock Oscillator Tester is designed to be used with a pallet type final frequency adjustment system, such as Kolinker KH6801.
The semi-finished clock oscillator before and after partial plating (final frequency adjustment ) process are often prone to foul or break if measured by hand. With KH5305, you can test all clock oscillators automatically right after final frequency adjustment , screen out the bad clock oscillators so as to save welding and aging process time and minimize production loss. KH5305 can also be used as a final sorter for small volume production.
The built-in KM5110 High Speed Frequency Counter Card gives fast speed and excellent measurement accuracy. After measurement, automatically pick out the failure clock oscillators into 4 bins which are :
1. Over Frequency Limit
2. Below Frequency Limit
3. Over Current Limit
4. Others
For detail measurement data, the operator can view on the monitor screen or print the whole report to the printer.
