SMD Palletizer (Pallet type)

Features

The KG200 SMD Palletizer is a fully automatic system that organize bulked packed SMD products onto a stack of pallets. Each plastic pallet holds upto 100 pieces of SMD devices. Orientation (pin 1) of each device will also be determined automatically by using of advanced CCD camera before putting onto the pallet. The operation is automatic and user friendly. Quantity counting and system status are displayed clearly on a touch panel LCD display. The KG200 is well suitable for organizing of SMD devices before processes like laser marking and taping.

Standard System Configuration
Main unit. Feeder bowl for SMD package. 3 types of package kits can be selected (8x4.5, 7x5, 6x3.5, 5x3.2, 4x2.5, 3x2.5). 3 types of Kolinker 100 positions pallet, each type 30 pcs (refer to package kits selection). General type CCD camera for pin 1 detection.
